Overnighter Requirements

You will need to start preparation approximately 8-10 weeks in advance to make sure all required paperwork (see below) is in order for final submission to San Mateo Union High School District 6-8 weeks before departure date depending if it is within or outside of California.

You will need:  Hotel quote, create a Permission Slip/Hotel Selection for athletes, a SMHS Field Trip form (to be signed by Track & Field Head Coach, Athletic Director, & Principal), and a SMUHSD form (to be signed by SMHS Principal & Asst Principal).  All except the hotel quote has to be submitted to Mary Ann Barret at the District Office located at 605 N. Delaware Street in San Mateo.
