APRIL 24-26 OVERNIGHT MEET - BRET HARTE INVITATIONAL

SMHS Track and Field is planning an overnight trip to the Bret Harte Invitational for April 24-26.  Below is a preliminary itinerary for the event.  Without sufficient parent chaperones, this event may be cancelled. 
Parents, if you can chaperone, please sign up below. 

Prerequisite for attending:  1) must make grades, 2) must be a consistent and active participant in Track & Field,
and 3) timely submission of field trip forms and payments (limited space)

    PARENT CHAPERONE

    Thank you for volunteering to chaperone the athletes for this field trip.  You must be available for the during of the entire duration of the trip, and will be sharing responsibilities with other parents.  Some responsibilities will include supervision of athletes, room checks, be responsible over a group of assigned athletes and aware of their whereabouts, lead an excursion, etc.  You may choose to drive separately or ride on the coach bus with the team.  75% of your hotel accommodation will be paid for by the SMHS T&F Club.  We thank you for stepping up!!  We will be in touch with you shortly.
